The Myrrinous Estate is arranged in four main levels on a 17-acre site at the foot of Mount Merenda in Markopoulo, Attica, next to the Olympic Equestrian Centre. The natural location of the site offers an unobstructed view of the plain of Mesogeia.
The picturesque stone-built chapel of Agia Paraskevi operates within the area. The paved courtyard refers to a village square.
The first level is a green area of one acre, dominated by the impressive over-aged olive tree framed by beautiful pine trees. This level can accommodate around 400 seated people.
Due to its impressive size, the space is also used for children’s parties, as it can quickly be transformed into a huge colourful playground!
The first level of the estate covers an area of half an acre and has the capacity to host receptions for up to 400 seated guests. At the same time there is a lush, paved area for the reception of guests, your wish book, cocktail bar or any other imaginative installation.
The roofed area of the estate, of high architectural aesthetics, is framed by beautifully illuminated stone surfaces and an impressive construction of a roof. It can accommodate up to 400 guests and there is easy access to all areas for people with limited mobility. The space is slightly elevated in relation to the external environment and has a panoramic view of the entire estate. In this way, protection from the weather is provided without losing the connection with the property and the natural landscape
